My current work investigates how microRNAs modulate gene expression during dendritic cell differentiation and activation, aiming to improve immune-based strategies against HIV.
I hold a Master’s degree in Biosciences and Pathophysiology (UEM), where I studied Y RNA expression in PBMCs from ankylosing spondylitis patients, identifying associations with disease activity and potential biomarker roles.
My background includes experience in immunogenetics, molecular biology, and translational research, with hands-on expertise in flow cytometry, qPCR, PCR-SSP, RNA analysis and transcriptomics.
