MARIA MML MARTINEZ-LOPEZ
Dr. María Martínez-López is a Junior Group Leader at the CaixaResearch Institute in Barcelona, where her lab investigates how dendritic cells (DCs) integrate signals across the immune, nervous, and endocrine systems. Having trained in DC biology and mucosal immunology, discovering how DC receptors like Mincle mediate immune evasion and maintain mucosal integrity. Her current research focuses on how neural pathways regulate DC function in cancer.
