Kyle T. Cunningham
I completed my PhD at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, where I focused on the impact of helminth infections on directing hematopoiesis. I followed this with a postdoctoral position in the University of Glasgow to study how helminth-derived anti-inflammatory mimics can be used to manipulate the host immune response, with the goal of devloping novel therapeutics. Now I am a postdoc in the Minutti Lab at the Champalimaud Center for the Unknown, where I am trying to understand the role the nervous system plays in initiating the differentiation of dendritic cells during inflammation.
